A nutritious, quick and filling breakfast or snack at any time. Mix and match any variety of fresh or frozen berries.
Put the berries, oats, yogurt and chia seeds in a blender along with the sweetener and ice cubes if using.
If your blender requires additional liquid to work, add a splash of milk.
Blend until completely combined and smooth.
Add more milk to thin, or more ice cubes to thicken.
Divide between 2 glasses, garnish with extra fruit and milled chia seeds if liked.
Serve immediately.
