MULTIGRAIN SEEDED BREAD ROLLS
With a flavoursome combination of different grains and seeds, these rolls are tasty and nutritious. With a substantial but not heavy crumb plus a crispy crust with nutty toasted seeds and oats, they’re perfect with your favourite fillings or to eat alongside soups and salads.
SOFT WHITE BAPS
Light and fluffy, these British favourites are enriched with a little butter and are perfect for simple, traditional fillings like egg, ham, or cheese. Great for burgers or breakfast goodies like bacon or sausage too.
SEMOLINA BAGUETTES
Inspired by the famous semolina bread of Sicily, inside these sesame-topped baguettes you’ll find a flavoursome, chewy crumb. Excellent with the Sicilian classic of tomatoes, oregano, anchovies, and cheese, or your own favourite filling.
ENGLISH MUFFINS
Fermenting the dough overnight gives these deliciously easy no-knead bread muffins a sourdough-like tang even though they’re made with instant dried yeast. Enjoy split, toasted and buttered, or fill with your favourite breakfast treats like sausage or bacon, egg and/or cheese.
HOT DOG BUNS
Better than any you can buy! Made with an easy, overnight dough enriched with butter, eggs, and milk, they have a full flavour I think you’ll love. Delectably soft and fluffy, yet substantial enough not to fall apart as you eat.
RUSTIC BREAD ROLLS
Another triumph for my no-knead, overnight fermentation method, these wonderful crispy rolls have great flavour. With next to no shaping required, the rolls have an attractive rustic appearance too. Enjoy with jam or honey, part of a continental breakfast with eggs, meats, and cheeses, with soups and salads, or stuffed with your favourite fillings.
SEEDED RUSTIC BREAD ROLLS
A more nutritious version of the Rustic Bread Rolls above, but just as delicious! Including a satisfying blend of malted and wholemeal flours plus a generous amount of mixed seeds, these attractive rolls aren’t at all heavy.
STIRATO: ITALIAN STYLE BAGUETTES
Stirato is a rustic, Italian-style baguette whose name means stretched. Made with just bread flour, salt, fast-acting yeast and water, it has a crispy crust and open crumb. With this easy, no-knead recipe you’ll get great-tasting bread for very little effort
BRIOCHE BUNS FOR SAVOURY FILLINGS
If you love brioche buns but find many recipes too sweet for savoury fillings then I’ve just the thing. Mine still have that rich smell and taste of brioche, but only a little sweetness. Perfect for gourmet burgers, pulled pork and your savoury favourites, you won’t need a stand mixer for my recipe either.
FRENCH STYLE BAGUETTES
Homemade baguettes in the French style, with a tasty, light crumb and thin, crunchy crust really aren’t difficult to achieve. Perfect alongside cheese and charcuterie, with soups, or just split and made into a good old sandwich, they’ve so many uses.
NO KNEAD CRUSTY BREAD ROLLS
My very first bread roll recipe from back in 2018! But it’s still a goodie: fabulously crunchy outside and a soft, open-textured crumb within. With no kneading, you can mix the dough in the evening, leave overnight, and bake fresh crusty bread rolls for breakfast.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my round up of Bread Roll and Baguette Recipes.
If you’ve made any of them I’d love to know what you thought Please do leave a comment and rating on the recipe posts.
